Friend, praise the Lord! It is a joy to be able to write to you. I know that the Lord has been with you. My wife and I are well. I am currently at home in Kenya, East Africa and will be joined by my wife in a couple of days.
This Month, I pray that God will allow you to ponder and proclaim the great truths that are elaborated below.
Ephesians 2:4-10
“But because of His great love for us, God, who is rich in mercy, made us alive with Christ even when we were dead in transgressions – it is by grace you have been saved. And God raised us up with Christ and seated us with Him in the heavenly realms in Christ Jesus, in order that in the coming ages He might show the incomparable riches of His grace, expressed in His kindness to us in Christ Jesus. For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith – and this not from yourselves, it is the gift of God – not by works, so that no one can boast. For we are God’s workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.”
I pray that we may ponder and proclaim:
- The Grace of God
- The Love of God
- The Plans of God
Friend, at this time of Thanksgiving and as the Christmas season approaches, we will have many opportunities, many open doors to share our faith. Ponder on the above truths and then proclaim them.
Let us take a quick look at each of them.
The Grace of God.
God has allowed me to spend some time in the Middle East and the revelation of the grace of God has become even more apparent to me. Many people in that region are busy doing works thinking that works will save them. But the Apostle Paul tells us clearly in the above scripture that salvation is by grace and not by works. I admonish you to share this grace of God that liberates with all you meet this month. Friend, it is bondage that causes a man to think that he can buy God with works. God has already paid the price. He has done all that needs to be done. Grace is accepting that God has done all that it takes for us to receive Him. May God open your eyes to see the incomparable riches of His grace expressed in His kindness to us in Christ Jesus.
The Love of God
In the story of the prodigal son (Luke 15), you will recall that the Father kept looking out for the son. He did not spend time pondering on the fact that his son had recklessly consumed his riches. All He did was to look out for his return. In advance, he even prepared a fattened calf and asked that a ring, a robe and sandals be brought to put on him. Amazing Love. Not once did the Father refer to what the son had done. God’s love and mercies came to us even while we were yet sinners. Share this love and let the whole world know of this Amazing Love. Friend, His love is expressed also in His mercy towards us. Our God is very rich in mercy! I pray that God will grant you the wisdom and the opportunities to share this truth with all you meet this month in Jesus Mighty Name, Amen.
The Plans of God
God is a Master Planner. The famous scripture in Jeremiah is 29:11 clearly tells us that He has great plans for each one of us. In Psalm 139:16, the Psalmist David says that God knows all our days even before any of them takes shape. In the above passage from the Book of Ephesians, Paul tells us that we are God’s workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do. Friend, I pray that you will not miss your place in the plans of God in Jesus Faithful Name, Amen. I also pray that God will reveal to you in dreams and visions the great and mighty plans that He has for you, your family, your ministry and even your nation in Jesus Mighty Name, Amen.
Conclusion
Friend, I pray that uncommon doors will open for you to share these glorious truths to all that God will bring your way this month in Jesus Mighty Name, Amen. In advance, I destroy every shame or fear that would hinder you from sharing these truths, in Jesus Powerful Name, Amen. I decree the supernatural grace and the love to share the mercies, the love, the grace and the plans of God for each person that God brings your way in Jesus Mighty Name, Amen.
May the Lord bless you and keep you and may He make His face to shine upon you in Jesus Mighty Name, Amen.
Ponder and proclaim these truths in Jesus Mighty Name, Amen.
Blessings,
Bro.Chester
