A Month to proclaim the Supremacy of Jesus Christ,
The Son of the Living God.

Friend, praise the Lord! I believe you are well and that The Master, Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, has been with you. My wife and I are doing well and are forever grateful to God for His grace over us.

This month, I sense a great urgency for us to declare, more than ever before, the Supremacy of Jesus Christ, The Son of The Living God. Friend, although we are being bombarded by all kinds of information from left and right, let us not forget this glorious truth – That Jesus Christ is Supreme. Indeed, let us declare it aloud.

The Bible, talking of Jesus Christ, declares the following in Colossians 1:15-20:-

“ Who is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of every creature: For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him: And he is before all things, and by him all things consist. And he is the head of the body, the church: who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead; that in all things he might have the preeminence. For it pleased the Father that in him should all fullness dwell; And, having made peace through the blood of his cross, by him to reconcile all things unto himself; by him, I say, whether they be things in earth, or things in heaven.” (Colossians 1:15-20, KJV).

 Why Jesus?

  • Friend, we should declare the Supremacy of Jesus Christ because He is the Image of the Invisible God. We read about Philip’s conversation with Jesus in John 14:8-11. “Philip said to him, "Lord, show us the Father, and that will be enough for us." Jesus said to him, "Have I been with you such a long time, and do you not know me, Philip? He who has seen me has seen the Father. How do you say, 'Show us the Father?' Don't you believe that I am in the Father, and the Father in me? The words that I tell you, I speak not from myself; but the Father who lives in me does his works. Believe me that I am in the Father, and the Father in me; or else believe me for the very works' sake.” Jesus also declares in John 10:30 “I and the Father are one." Friend, may God open your eyes to behold Jesus Christ, the One who is Faithful and True. As you embrace His supremacy, may the image of God be formed in you in Jesus Mighty Name, Amen.
  • Jesus Christ is also our Firstborn. Jesus Christ was in the beginning with God. In John 8:56-58, talking to the Jews, Jesus said “ Your father Abraham rejoiced to see my day. He saw it, and was glad." The Jews therefore said to him, "You are not yet fifty years old, and have you seen Abraham?" Jesus said to them, "Most assuredly, I tell you, before Abraham came into existence, I AM." Yes, He was in the beginning with God, “All things were made through him. Without him was not anything made that has been made”. Friend, I declare that everything that is contending with you, be it visible or invisible, whether a throne or a power or a principality, shall come under the submission of the Lord Jesus Christ today, in His glorious Name, Amen. I declare that Jesus Christ will reign supreme in every area of your life.
  • The Bible continues to say that “by him all things consist”. That is, all things are held together by HIM. Every atom is held by Him. He is not only the foundation but HE is the very fiber that holds up the walls and the roof. The veins and the arteries. The bones and the marrow. Simply put, we will crumble without Him upholding us. He is our all in all. That is why the wind obeys Him, the trees obey His voice and even death cannot hold Him because He holds it! Hallelujah! This is Our Lord. May God open the eyes of our understanding so that we will be able to comprehend the Supremacy of Our Lord.
  • Moreover, as the Body of Christ, the Bible says “He is the head of the body, the church: who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead; that in all things he might have the preeminence” or Supremacy. He has “become a surety of a better covenant” (Heb 7:22), a High Priest Forever (Heb 7:21) and as a Lamb of God – His blood will grant us victory over the devil (Rev 12:11) all the time. We have received reconciliation to the Father through Jesus Christ. Friend, God has consequently granted Him a Name that is above every other name. The Bible declares in Philippians 2:9-11 “Wherefore also God highly exalted him, and gave unto him the name which is above every name; that in the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven and things on earth and things under the earth, and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.” This is great news!!

Friend, my prayer is that God, the Father of Our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give unto you a spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him. I further pray that your spirit eyes, the eyes of your heart, will be mightily enlightened, that ye may know and proclaim the supremacy of Jesus Christ, the Son of God. I pray that God Almighty will open uncommon doors for you to witness. I pray that God will fill your mouth with heavenly words for His glory. I pray that God will cast out every fear of witnessing from you in Jesus Mighty Name, Amen. I pray that God will sensitize your spirit eyes to see all those in need of encouragement around you in Jesus Mighty Name, amen. May God make you as fearless as David, Daniel, Shadrack, Meshack and Abednego. No matter what may come against you in this season, whether giants or lions or fire you will not be afraid in Jesus Mighty Name, Amen. As you proclaim the supremacy of Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, may He reign in all your affairs and perform the miraculous in Jesus Mighty Name, Amen. May He meet every single one of your personal needs in Jesus Faithful Name, Amen.

“The LORD bless thee, and keep thee: The LORD make his face to shine upon thee, and be gracious unto thee: THE LORD lift up his countenance upon thee, and give thee peace.” Numbers 6:23-26.

Remain blessed,
